Hair grows back through a repeating hair cycle of “growth,” “catagen,” and “telogen.”
Even among hairs that appear to be the same length, there are short hairs that are still growing and pop out.

It is said that a woman’s hair cycle lasts 4 to 6 years, and the “growth” phase, in which hair becomes thicker and longer, accounts for 85% to 90% of the entire hair cycle.
When the hair cycle is correct, flyaway hairs will calm down as the short hairs grow.
However, if the hair cycle is disrupted and the “growth phase” becomes shorter, the number of thin, short hairs increases and split ends may pop out…

The main causes of hair cycle disruptions are autonomic nervous system disorders and poor blood circulation in the scalp.
It is mainly caused by the following:・Irregular lifestyle habits
・Irregular diet
・Hormonal imbalance
・Stress
・Decreased hair cell function due to aging and lack of exercise

If you frequently experience flyaway hairs or noticeable short hairs, your hair cycle may be out of whack.
Reflect on whether any of these apply to you and adjust your lifestyle.
